'ROAD TO RECOVERY - New Techniques for Healing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Gulf War Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Depression, Chronic Yeast Infection, Obesity, Alcoholism, Celiac Disease, Mycoplasma, Heavy Metal Toxicity/Poisoning, Chronic Viral Infections, with Spiritual and Practical Insights for the Chronically Ill.' The book is the autobiographical story of a man whose professional life as a young Jewish attorney in Cleveland, Ohio was ruined at the age of 26 in 1974 because he contracted Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and how he found (1) the underlying causes of his illnesses after 17 years of searching, and (2) how he regained his health after another 21 years of holistic and medicinal treatments. Surprisingly, it was the removal of his silver/mercury fillings in his teeth and the use of hydro-colon therapy which started and sustained him on his 'Road to Recovery.' The author lists many causes these illnesses,. Over 75 medical tests were performed on the author by over 100 doctors and healers during his 38 year medical ordeal. Those tests are clearly listed in his book in Chapter 57. In addition, the author reveals his General Plan for Recovery from his Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fibromyalgia, Gulf War Syndrome, and his other illnesses listed above and on the cover of the book. It took the medical establishment 17 years to properly diagnose the primary causes of his illnesses, and another 21 years to help him recover completely by using various holistic and medicinal treatments. The Primary Cause was Celiac Disease, which was his body's inability to digest wheat and other grains such as rye, barley and oats, that contained the same offending gluten. The Secondary Cause was the accumulation of toxic levels of heavy metals, such as mercury, lead, nickel, vanadium and cadmium, because his body could not excrete them. The author explains how heavy metal poisoning ruined his immune system and led to chronic yeast, fungus, mycoplasma, fluke, virus and bacterial infections. Chronic yeast and fungal infections contributed to his mental confusion, balance problems, allergic reactions, obesity, hypoglycemia, and internally generated alcoholism. Chronic yeast, fungal and mycoplasma infections and heavy metal poisoning led to disorders of the author's brain, kidneys, adrenal glands, and colon. After describing the many causes of his illnesses, the author presents his General Plan for Recovery. He also includes suggestions for using the Mind to help the body recover from long term illnessess, and he shares many spiritual insights he learned while he was chronically ill for so many years. The author reveals new techniques for healing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fibromyalgia, Gulf War Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Depression, Obesity, Alcoholism, Brain Fog, Leaky Gut Syndrome and mycoplasma, and how to maintain good mental and emotional health while enduring unending physical and mental illness. The book was designed with big print and wide margins, and uses clear and simple language so that people who suffer from brain fog and other cognitive problems will have no trouble reading and understanding what was written in the book.
